      Sometimes items are sent in separate packages, you will be provided with the tracking numbers for each packages, as they are dispatched.

      We kindly ask to allow up to 30 days for packages to arrive to allow for possible customs processing delays. 

      In some instances, delivery may be delayed depending on your country's customs. Infinoox is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges. The customer is responsible for the charges, even if the shipment is refused upon delivery. 

      WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY TRACKING INFORMATION?

      Within a 72 hours of your order being fulfilled (shipped), you will receive notification email with your tracking number.

      HOW LONG SHOULD I WAIT BEFORE I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

      US and Canada orders usually take between 6-12 business days to be delivered from the date they are shipped.

      Worldwide orders take 7-21 business days and in rare cases can take 30+ business days.Please note in some countries, customs may cause an additional delay in delivery.

      We recommend that you keep an eye on your tracking.

      If you have more than one item, its very likely you will receive them separately. Each item will have its own shipping code.

      HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

      All normal shipping can be tracked at www.17track.net/en For items that are shipped express they can be tracked on: www.dhl.com or www.fedex.com

      I ONLY RECEIVED PART OF MY ORDER?

      Different items can come from different warehouses and in separate packages, so you might receive more than one package if you ordered several items. Please verify your email as we provide different shipping confirmation for items leaving separately.

      MY TRACKING SAYS IT WAS DELIVERED BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE IT?

      We understand how important your order is! We provide our customers with the option to track their package via the shipping confirmation e-mail. If the tracking information states that your items have been delivered but you have not received it, kindly ask your local post office first and your immediate neighborin case the package was received by mistake or on your behalf. The package may also have been left with property managers or an apartment office.

      If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact the shipping carrier to discuss the issue, if they can't track your package, please contact us to have the issue resolved for you.

      Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

      To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

      • Once Merchandise has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued.

      REFUNDS

      Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

      If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

      LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

      If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

      If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us by using our contact form.

      EXCHANGES

      We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email by using our contact form to provide you with our Product Return Centre address.

      Please have pictures ready to send us of the damaged items and damaged areas. Please be advised, all returns must be made within 7 days of receipt.

      GIFTS

      If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

      If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

      Refunds usually are applied within 5-7 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding Holidays) from the date the returned product arrives.

      RETURN SHIPPING

      To return your product, you should mail your product to Infinoox RMA Center

      You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

      Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

      If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
