We provide international shipping, covering mostly Canada, USA, Australia, New Zealand, All Europe, All South America, and selected countries in Asia. If you would like your package shipped to Asia, please check if the shipping option is available for your country at the checkout.

We ship orders locally and oversea by mail service.
After finishing processing your order, we send it to the shipping company and it will be completely handled by them. After arriving to your country, it will be handled by your country's postal service. So please kindly contact your local post when it arrives at your country.
We will send you the tracking code of your orders to the email associated with your order. This email will also guide you how to track your package. Please note that the tracking information will be displayed 2-3 days after you receiving that email.
You should see tracking events within 48-72 hours after you have received the tracking number/ID. The reason for this time lag is that in most cases the first tracking event only shows up once the shipment was handed over to us, i.e. once the shipment has left the fulfillment centre on it's way to the post office.
Your shipment may be delayed. Delivery time delays can be due to e.g. weather incidents, customs or backlogs. Please note that tracking information can be displayed after your order started being shipped.
You can pay directly on our website with any major credit card, debit card, VISA. So you can choose the most suitable one for you. We use Shopify Payments powered by STRIPE to process your payments with the highest level of security. We currently do not accept, PayPal, phone-call payments or COD.
If you just passed your order, contact us right away. If the address provided is incorrect contact us as soon as possible within the 24 hours of placing the order. Unfortunately we NOT guarantee that this modification can be made within in any certain time frame but we will do our best to locate your order and make the address change. If your package is already shipped or processed by warehouse any address changes can possibly be made by you directly with the shipping carrier. Our customer service team will be there to provide you the carriers contact information you need.
